Health disclaimer

Face Yoga, yoga therapy and the nutrition guidance we provide are wellness practices. They are not medical treatment, and nothing we teach is a diagnosis, prescription or cure for any condition.

If you are pregnant, recovering from facial or dental surgery, undergoing any cosmetic procedure, or managing a medical condition, please consult your doctor before enrolling — and tell your coach at the consultation.

Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, appearance or timeline.

Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received through Razorpay. You will hear from us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with your class link and joining details.

Prices shown on the programs pages are current at the time of purchase and are inclusive of everything listed under that program's inclusions.

Attending your classes

Classes run live at the timings published on each program page. Please arrive on time — late arrivals can disrupt a small group.

If you miss a class, tell us in advance where possible. [ADD MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY — confirm whether missed sessions can be repeated or recorded.]

Your practice materials

Recordings, meal plans, routines and any material shared with you are for your personal use only. Please do not record, re-share, resell or teach from them.

Conduct

We keep our classes calm and respectful. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a class, workshop or retreat for behaviour that affects other participants, without refund.

Changes to programs

Occasionally a class timing or date may need to change. We will tell you as early as we can and offer an alternative.
