What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you choose to share. Enquiries sent through the website open a WhatsApp conversation, so the message is delivered through WhatsApp and subject to their privacy terms as well as ours.

When you enrol in a program, payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange your consultation, deliver the program you have paid for, and send you the class details you need. If you subscribe to the newsletter, to send you retreat dates and new writing.

We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

We do not share your health or wellness details with third parties. What you discuss in a consultation stays between you and your coach.

Third-party services

Razorpay processes payments. WhatsApp carries enquiry messages. Google Maps renders the studio location on the contact page. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages and programme records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet any legal or accounting obligation.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to team@namastefaceyoga.org.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Write to us and we will act on it.
