Retreats

Step away,and come back changed

A few days in the foothills with nothing asked of you but presence. Guided Face Yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and honest conversation about ageing well — in small groups, at an unhurried pace.

Namaste FaceYoga wellness retreat session

What a retreat includes

Everything, and deliberately little

Retreats are suitable for all age groups and genders. Each practice is gentle, safe and adapted to the people in the room — no prior experience needed.

Guided Face Yoga sessions

Morning and evening practice, taught slowly, with individual correction throughout.

Breathwork & pranayama

The breathing practices that make facial work hold — for circulation, and for the nervous system underneath it.

Relaxation & mindfulness

Guided relaxation, meditation and silence. The part most people arrive most in need of.

Wellness discussions

Open sessions on ageing, hormones, digestion and stress — questions answered properly, not in passing.

Holistic lifestyle guidance

Ayurveda-informed routines you can actually keep once you're home again.

A calm, nurturing setting

Small groups in the foothills, away from screens and noise. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

From The Happy Retreat — Mussoorie Hills, November 2024

A retreat we have run

Mussoorie Hills,November 2024

Four days in the Uttarakhand hills, built around awareness of ordinary daily habits — how we eat, how we breathe, how we move. This is footage from that retreat, not a promotion for it.

Dates for the next retreat are not yet announced. Write to us and we will tell you first.

Before you come

Bring yourself, andan open mind

Comfortable clothing, a willingness to practise, and that's genuinely it. All guidance and materials are provided.

Dates & booking

Retreat dates are announced to our community first and places are limited — groups are kept deliberately small. Message us and we'll send you the next set of dates, the full itinerary and pricing as soon as they open.
